Bad Experience At
HOFF Diamonds Maplewood Mall,MN
In May -2017 , I went to Maplewood Mall at Maplewood, Minnesota and bought a jewelry ring for my wife at HOFF Diamonds Store. My wife wanted to exchange for a new one. Earlier, when I bought the 1st one, the agent at the store told me that if I purchase insurance for it, I can exchange anytime, just pay for the difference only.
Today June 21, 2017 , I and my wife went to that same store, talked to one of the agent in the Hoff Diamonds Store (at Maplewood Mall 2nd floor). That guy look like from South Asia. He tried to speak some Hmong words, but is not clear. My wife chose a ring she likes, the total price is about $11,000. This store agent said that he would call his boss to see if he can sell for $4,500. After talking to his boss for a while,he said yes the ring can be sold for $4,500. Then I told that guy that please deduct the one I already purchased and I will pay for the difference. This guy took the calculator, make new calculation and now the price jump up to $6000. He told me that I can exchange but should be this price. To my understanding, he made me pay more and get the one I already purchased for free. I told him that you need to keep your words earlier for the price $4,500, and I will just pay for the difference. When I said, you need to keep your words as earlier for $4,500, he looked angry to me for what I wanted him to keep his promise. I told him that I want you to treat me same as when I first come to your store to buy the first ring, I will not be feeling happy for treating me like this. I am running a community website too, I will write my bad experience to day to my fans that some of the agent at this store treated customers with bad attitude like this. “He yield at me: Please call Donald Trump if you are not happy about me”. Additionally, because that store agent opened the box that keeps the ring I bought for my wife before. At that moment my daughter took the ring without our attention. I asked if he can put the ring back to the box, he look around and he was not able find the ring, finally my wife saw my daughter had the ring and she said the ring is with my daughter. ( My daughter is 3 years old). The store agent again said to me: “ You are going to accuse me for stealing your ring right?”. I told him; “we are adult, don’t say something like that to me, I have not said or accused that you have stolen the ring”. I believe that many people had very bad experiences like this at this store because the store has bad salesperson like this guy, but the people who had bad experiences dare not or don’t have anywhere to post for their bad experiences.
I don’t recommend anyone to go to this store if the president or their boss still keep salesman like this guy. I believe that the store has cameras on all corners if they replay the camera for today, they will find how bad this guy treated me.
Customers means Money, Means Business growing up It is recommended that You don't need to keep some body like this guy to bring down your business. Giving good explanation to customers is a good way, By challenging customers to call Donald Trump...Who do you think you are? Were you ashamed?
